  • After attempting to get a call back 3 different times about canceling a policy, I have bailed on this agent. I have been with State Farm for a while and enjoyed them, so I've found a new State Farm agent that actually has customer service. While transferring agents, my new agent wanted to give Sharon's office a chance, so he personally placed a phone call asking her office to speak with me regarding the issue I had. Her office didn't even return his phone call or give me a call. Very unprofessional insurance office. If her staff could have done their job in the first place, I would've been happy, but they've failed multiple times at returning phone calls and taking notes.
