  • Rude office staff! They do not care about your child's overall well being they care about getting paid and that's it. They billed me $600 for vaccines that were covered by my insurance. Come to find out my insurance did pay it and I have the proof that the check was cashed by their office. They have never let us know when its time for a wellness check or vaccine. We checked my daughters records and saw that she had not had her MMR shot and found out she could have gotten it 3 months ago but we were never informed by our pediatrician who is supposed to be the one to look out for our child's healthcare. Funny that you can get post card reminders for your animals when their vaccines are due but you cant get one for your baby... Went in to get the vaccine today and the staff was incredibly rude and pushed us out the door as quickly as possible while being friendly and informative to the family that came in after us. We will never go back to this pediatrician.
