  • excellent experience. my one month old laptop got one of those money grubbing viruses. took it to data doctors and expected to pay large amount of $$$. to my surprise it cost me almost nothing. excellent customer service. it was explained there was no gaurentee it could be fixed but the gentleman helping me instilled a great bit of confidence. he kept in contact with me over the phone for two days to keep me apprised of progress. got my computer back good as new and i even purchased their antiviral protection plan. the service rep never pressured me in any way and offered and explained all services in detail. he actually saved me a lot of $$$ , time and aggrevation. kuddos data doctors. u now have me as ur own personal reference. thank u so much for your professionalism
