so this morning I went to the Starbucks drive-through I've been coming here for the past couple weeks every morning before work and today was the first time that I've been in a long wait so when I first arrived there was going two cars in front of me which is fine and at the first cars been sitting there since like I want to say 528 then it's 530 for 535 and they finally give them their drink and they're on their way the second person he doesn't even really talk to them they just go instantly he gets to me and he just text my card and I'm like why did the wait take so long and he didn't even like oh I'm sorry for the long wait no it was we had to brew fresh coffee like OK so you're not sorry that it took so long you're not sorry that it was in convenience and just apologize sometimes you just have to apologize since it's the right thing to do the customers you can't do anything about that but when you neglect The fact that they're upset that's what gets me frustrated and that's why I'm writing this or Val because he acted like he could care less like we need a fresh coffee like oh I'm clearly asking because I am not happy with the long way that's it
