  • My water heater went out two days ago. I called around and got some pricing and most of them were extremely high. I won't put those names but one of them is another affiliate with Home Depot. I was told to call Delta as they have the lowest price guarantee. I was impressed. The sales associate was extremely helpful and explained the entire process. After I got off the phone, I immediately received an invoice in my email inbox. The technician showed up exactly an hour later. ONE HOUR! He was also extremely courteous. He wore booties in my home and put down a mat for his tools. He was done with the water heater in less than 45 minutes. As soon as he left, I received another email with my warranty info and what to do should I have any warranty issues. Overall great experience!
