  • After thinking about the bad review I gave recently, I've decided to edit it saying I've never had a good experience with ANY dealer regardless of the vehicle mfg. So it wouldn't be fair to rate these guys any differently. I'm not happy with the professionalism of the mechanics. As I was trying to explain to this one young mech my car problems, he was distracted and giggling at his buddies making faces behind my back, so I totally disappointed and lost all confidence in ever dealing with these guys again. I had another issue prior when I took my car in for a trouble code and they said clearing the code won't guarantee a fix, (I was sent from Firestone with a thing only the dealer could fix) with a suggestion from the dealer, even before they looked at the car, that I would have to buy a new, expensive, PCM or more. I would heed the warnings from the other people's posts.
