  • The worst hair experience I've ever had! I recently went in to get my hair lightened. I have thick and curly hair. I was charged 200$ although I got quoted 100-150$. I would've been understanding with the price change because my hair is thick, but they didn't even do a decent job! Half of my hair was bleached, but they didn't time properly, so they missed a bunch of spots! My roots were black and random spots in my hair. They also dyed my hair the color I didn't ask for... I then went back to get the mistake they made fixed instead of fixing their own mistake for free I was charged an additional 70$. Even then they didn't cover all my hair! So I basically threw 280$ down the drain, wasted 6 hours of my life and damaged my hair for no reason. I would not recommend getting your hair dyed here. Not only because they did an awful job, but because they don't take responsibility for their action!
