  • Wish I could give a zero star review, but since I can't they get a 1 star. Scheduled a "check up" for my 2 AC units for March 21st. Was told a tech would be at my house between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. I received a phone call just before 5:00 p.m that they were running late. Here it is, around 10:20 p.m and no phone call and no service person at my house. You know what they say about first impressions? Well, Autumn Air has most definitely NOT made a good first impression!! I'll go somewhere else from now on! Shame on you, Autumn Air!!!
