I've been using this cleaners (for dry clean, launder/press dress shirts, but not any alterations) for about six months on a once-or-twice weekly basis.
No-problem-o! Not one.
The few times I was returned with a stain unsolved, I brought the item back and asked for a gratis re-do and - abracadabra & presto - stain gone.
(Note, though, I am a proactive sort of dry cleaning customer. I Scotchgard my ties, seriously pre-wash any major dress shirt stains until gone & before they can set, those sorts of things. You CANNOT spill a gallon of red sauce on white cotton, let it sit a month, run it through a blazing-hot dryer unresolved, etc. - and then expect your dry cleaner to bail you out.)
Kathy is a very considerate, thoughtful and customer-centric owner. She truly cares about your satisfaction with the work.
This is NOT a one-day turn-around shop, so plan ahead.

Btw, I've looked at those photos at the 2017-05-25 review. All that fraying right across the entire cuff-fold at the bottom of the trousers ... and that total rip right along the entire cuff-seam. To me, IMHO, that looks a lot more like a "it was past time to let-go" scenario ... than a catch-rip in a washer/dryer.
Also, I see a wee bit of anti-zen Yelped here regarding alterations. Again, I've had none done here. Over the years, though, having used many many dry cleaners, I've learned that much better alteration outcomes come from patronizing a full-time alterations/seamstress shop. I mean that is what THEY do every day for a living, right? So they've seen it all, seen it all the time, and so they know well what to do ... and how to do it well.
And expensive wedding & occasion dresses? These are extremely difficult & complex items, proceed at your own risk, period. I doubt there's a dry cleaning shop anywhere in America that hasn't ended up, at least once, with a highly dissatisfied customer over such items. In fact, if EYE were a dry cleaner, I would turn down that kind of work ... and direct the customer to a bridal shop that might be better able to provide such services.

As long as this is up with the Vegas Voyager thumbs-up in place, things are still peachy-keen, so hit it! [ I always update a review if any negs surface. ]
