  • I was staying at the MGM grand with my friends, and I ordered food from the food court at the hotel. The restaurant at the food court forgot to give me silverware for my Togo order. Once I realized I didn't have a fork to eat my food with, I called room service to ask to bring me some silverware so I could eat my Togo order. They told me no because I had to order at least $20 worth of food from room service to get silverware. I asked if I could get silverware if I ordered from the food court and they say no. I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and they won't even bring me silverware. This hotel is ridiculous and I won't be staying here again for their poor customer service. I come to Vegas a lot because I live in Phoenix Arizona so it's a quick drive, but I know there are other hotels that will treat us with more respect than the MGM hotel.
