| - To start off, the shop looked somewhat presentable as I first walked in. the walls were actually painted and they had decorations (alot of other places id been to have bare walls)
There were three people working, one of which were sleeping :/
There was only one customer In the shop on a friday after noon, so I was In and out within an 45 mins or so.
I got a complete new set of white tip acrylics. The lady was nice, but she didn't size the tips before she put them on, so some of them were bigger than my nail. Also, she barely used any glue, and had a hard time trying to get the tips to start on.
The application of the acrylic was ok, but its very thin. Its been 3 days and I already broke a nail (probably because of how thin the acrylics are. I will go back to get it fixed, and hopefully thicken all my nails.)
The lady (i forgot to get her name, but she was an older lady, like a size negative 5) was not very talkative, which is fine with me. But I did like that she asked me how short I liked my nails. I also wanted them very square. I did have to ask her at the very end to make my nails just a bit shorter, and she had no problem filing them down more, however, they aren't as square as I would like.
Over all it was a satisfactory experience. I was happy that the full set only cost $30 bucks, and thats with gel top coat (i dont think she charged me for). But I am a little upset that they are thin and one broke already. Like I said, I will go back and fix them all, hopefully everything goes over smoothly. I wouldn't necesarilly recommend them, but it was an ok shop if ur by the galleria mall and want a full set.
