*** RIP OFF ***
Not until after spraying for bees and charging me $200 they told me there was a honeycomb there and it would cost $550 to get that removed, and if I don't the bees will probably be back in a month. They said for the next week there would probably be some stragglers, but 10 days later the bees were the same as they were before they came. I called and was told someone would have to call me back as the person who answers the phone doesn't have any information (seems like an answering service or something maybe?). 5 days after not hearing anything I called again and was told again someone would have to call me back, which they didn't. After two more calls finally the person answering the phone looks up the information and tells me that since I didn't have the honeycomb removed there is no warranty so I can pay to have the honeycomb removed or the bees aren't going anywhere.
So basically two and a half weeks ago I paid $200 (which is more than any of the prices listed on their webpage) and was then told that what they did wasn't going to get rid of the bees instead of being told before they sprayed. Why even do this if it won't work?
While waiting for them to call back I had called another place to see what the cost was for honeycomb removal and that place told me I don't have to have it removed and I can just seal it up the area they are on my sill with silicone caulk once they are gone. They were also surprised that I was told the bees would be back in a month as they would have warrantied it for a year.
So I wouldn't reccoment azbugman.com, Desert Sky Pest Control, and I think they also do business as Valley post Control.
