I made an appointment for pick out a wedding dress. Before going I looked online and found 8-10 dresses that would work for $200 and added them to my favorites. When I got to the store, at opening it was a bit of a mad house. Upon working with my consultant, who was very nice, I was told that NOT one of the dresses I liked was in the store. I told her my budget and we went to work, which didn't take long as it seems they have got a "bait and switch" tactic going on. There were so few dresses at the $200 mark and the ones that were there looked like a white version of something I would wear with flip flops walking along Mission Beach. After trying on the few dresses and being totally discouraged I was told I could order one of the dresses I liked online but if it didn't suit me I could only get store credit not a refund. I thought that was a poor policy and left completely discouraged.
The good news is my next stop was Group USA and I found a stunning dress for $200 that did not even need to be altered.
