  • This review is for the auto department. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can never get in for an oil change during the week. I've called ahead to make sure they weren't booked then I show up and they say they are booked for the rest of the night. I tried once again calling today except this time they refuse to answer the phone. The operator told me they "closed down for the day and nobody is answering the phone." So nobody can answer questions over the phone? I wanted to know how much their synthetic oil change is but I guess finding out over the phone isn't an option. Get more mechanics. It's beyond frustrating that at 4pm they are fully booked for the night yet they take their last car at 7pm and "close" at 8pm. It's ridiculous they are booked out 4 hours! I'm sick of wasting my gas and time driving over there only to be turned away. This is just another example of walmarts poor customer service.
