  • My boyfriend and I had the luxury for two couples package. The overall experience was fantastic and very enjoyable. We arrived, got changed into our bathrobes, hopped into the sauna for about 10 minutes, and then relaxed in the couples lounge with hot tea and biscuits until our RMTs got us. We absolutely loved our massages from Sarah and Kelly. My boyfriend had tons of knots in his back, and Sarah did a phenomenal job at getting through each knot. Kelly gave me a really nice relaxing massage, which is what I really enjoyed most, I felt at bliss during the entire 60 min massage. After the massages, they instructed us on how to use the jet shower. While we really appreciated that they took the time to explain how to use it, as it was a pretty complicated jet shower and it made our experience so much better, we still struggled with trying to make the other settings work. I'm convinced that the jet shower only had three working settings , and the majority of the jets were broken. My friend who also tried the jet shower there in March 2013 (8 months before my visit) commented to me that it wasn't fully functional. It was a bit of a disappointment, as I was really excited to use it and hopeful that they'd fix it by now. Nonetheless, the remainder of the package was fantastic. We enjoyed two glasses of sparkling wine, chocolates and a rose in our bathrobes in the private lounge. We were both so relaxed, and truly felt like mush (in a good way). We still recommend the spa, especially our RMTs. I emailed the spa my review and left a comment about the jet shower, and hopefully they'll do something about it! Looking forward to return
