  • I waited 30 mins just to download the app, so obviously its that important to me to write a review. I've already wrote a negative review because I was treated like another number in this hospital, no respect. But I'm writing another review because my sister just had my nephew here. She is traumatized from giving birth. I wish I knew the nurses name but while my sister was in labor, the nurse kept rolling her eyes and kept telling her to STOP CRYING. Like, okay, I'm in excruciating pain let me stop crying real quick. Well her actual doctor who was supposed to deliver her was out of town. No biggie. But the doc that did deliver my nephew literally no emotion, no congratulations, nothing. Just left the room. My nephew wasn't crying when he was first born. My sister kept asking everyone what's happening, is he okay? NO ANSWERS. No comfort. Nothing. My sister literally gets teary eyed talking about it because she felt like she was cheated. NO COMPASSION!! Your hospitals bed side manners are absolutely DISGUSTING. If I could give you -5 stars I would.
