  • They seem so nice and accommodating when moving in. BUT BEWARE! They will raise the rent each year. They will charge you when items break in the home - even if it is from normal wear and tear. Then when it comes time to move out - they will keep most of your deposit. Even if you do exactly as they say, have the carpet professionally cleaned, etc.Don't bother cleaning the home when moving out - you will be charged for this anyway. They definitely have the homeowners best interest at heart, not the tenant. Shannon and Cindi both dodged our calls, and did not even return our calls after move out. We just wanted an explanation as to why they lied to us, and did not complete our closeout the way they promised they would. You are better off finding another company. COMPLETELY UN-TRUSTWORTHY! If you are already renting from them, and think its going well, just wait until move you out and see how you are treated. Good luck!
