Worst customer service I have ever received. there were only 2 cars in front of me and it took longer than 10 minutes each car; it was 3pm, not a very heavily busy time but whatever. Anywho, it's finally my turn and the young lady comes to the window. Runs my card and said its not reading. I asked her to run it again because it is a new card and I have never had problems with it not working. So I ask her if she tried typing it in? With amazement she says "I can't type it in because if I type it in wrong and it charges someone else, they could come after me and I could get sued."
Stunned. I also work in the customer service industry for over 9 years and have not once ever heard of this blasphemy.
make sure you get the numbers right before you send it then...
after me asking her to run my card which seems like the 3rd or 4th time she finally runs it again and it goes through. All I could think was b*tch.. I'm never coming here again.
