  • Love how many trees we have in the complex. The buildings are decently spaced and it's gated. The apartments are next to the fwy for easy access and close to restaurants and places such as Target. I've been a resident since 2010. We are under new management now and ownership. I am definitely noticing the difference and not in a good way. The parking situation has yet to be resolved. If you need maintenance done, forget about it, you might as well do it yourself. We had to buy our own parts and fix it ourselves because they never showed up. They torn down our community playground and never replaced it with something else. Security here I think I have seen once. I have yet to receive the upgrades in our apartment as promised. We are still living with fixtures from the 90's while everyone else has a modern upgrade. Seriously contemplating whether we should move when our lease is up. Oh yea, and their website was down for months we had to pay extra for money orders because our option to pay online was taken away. They have a bug on their website it won't allow you to sign up for a resident account on their "new" website. This place is just going down hill. I miss the old owner and their management. Maybe it's time to move on.
