  • My husband and I were at a conference and stayed at Cesar's Palace. We frequently went to cafe Americano for breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious! Also the egg white omelette was full of fresh veggies and very tasty! The portions are huge. Service was good but a little slow during the busy times. All the staff had upbeat attitudes. We would definitely come back here to eat when we return to Las Vegas!
