  • I am treated like a loyal customer every time I choose Pennzoil 10 Minute for my oil change. Today was my third visit to the same location, and I left with another 5 star experience. They are friendly and fast, and they also do not try to up-sell me on a higher priced oil change or additional services. They will check your air filter and bring it right to you to show you what it looks like if it's dirty and should be changed, but they do not force it. Today, I also added on 3 wiper blades (choice of 2 options) which were comparable to the auto store & they installed them on the spot. They also check air pressure, fill fluids if needed, check the battery, and vacuum the carpets. This is all detailed on the receipt for you, so you know what your tire pressure was or if your fluids needed filled. This is all done within 10 minutes while I sit in the waiting room getting lost in my phone. I also appreciate that the gentleman who always processes my payment is very kind and lighthearted and makes the process less of a chore. (I must add that I mistakingly went to their competitor down the street after my first visit and I was hounded for about 10 minutes on why I should get the $75 oil change and how my car was pretty much falling apart. Pennzoil provides fast and friendly service, and does not try to convince you to buy $75 oil if you don't want to or cannot afford it.) I have no reason to go anywhere else and I am very happy with them! Thank you to Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change on Banksville Road for making this vehicle chore less of a headache! Consider using them the next time you need an oil change.
