| - Fourth time here, and I must say, we chose this place over Joe's because they told us the wait would only be 20 minutes on a Sunday around 3 pm.
I'm never gonna eat beyond a total of six plates, but when in vegas, do bacchanal cause the options will please you despite however many plates you can handle. Crab legs and waygu beef were so-so and everything else was above average, but to me, it's the grandeur of it that made me content. Lamb, bone marrow, oysters, escargot, and other meats.
I wish they had rib eye like they do over at the Wynn...hopefully management will see this and consider****
The food didn't seem like it was sitting out there long like other buffets, so the food quality was pretty good since there seemed to be a good system of rotating the food.
The desserts and fruit were very satisfying. Choose wisely and be kind to your server. They're really patient and pleasant, and are part of your dining experience.
