This is no doubt a beautiful hotel. The kitschy stuff here really works. The little river and boats both inside and out. Happy couples being sung to... its all really romantic if you go for that sort of thing. Now this place is getting old... was it built inn 1999? But somehow it is so well kept that it could pass for a couple years old.
The rooms are really big. Sunken living rooms everything tastefully done. There are so many chairs in the standard rooms you could seat a whole basket ball team.
Casino is a standard kinda strip casino. Nothing unexpected here. Hungry machines and high table limits.
The location of this place is what I personally never liked. I suppose that is because I'm not into fashion and clothing and don't care to be across the street from the Fashion Mall. If you are into shopping you might really love this place. How convenient to go across the street if the casino is treating you poorly and shop a bit. It actually could be a way to save a few bucks... if the casinos are bad there is nothing worse than gambling.
If you have a car or don't mind taking a taxi or walking to center strip where likely you want to hang out don't hesitate coming here. The highlight is really a good value on a nice room. At Bellagio the equivalent room with all that square footage would cost double.
