  • Joseph was sourced by my landlord to troubleshoot/service our AC unit that went out in the middle of July in Phoenix. Joseph made sure to come as soon as he could on the same day. He was completely competent, energetic and efficient. He figured out it was the fan blade motor that had given out and he got it repaired fast. He also gave us several tips to improve our AC air circulation, reduce the strain on the motor and to help it cool down faster. All-in-all, I was completely impressed with Joseph's energy, knowledge and expertise and I will directly go to him for any AC problem in the future.
