| - My wife and our three kiddos moved here two weeks ago from Colorado to escape the ridiculously high rental/housing market. We have unquestionably fallen in love with our new place and continue to be astonished by the absolute beauty and value that we have attained here at the Palms.
We are in a three bedroom/two bath, B1 floor plan, on the ground floor. The layout is absolutely spacious and strategic. The main entry and family area is inviting with plenty of windows, which provide natural light. We especially love the curved dining room which extends outward and eliminates congestion by providing more table space between the living area and the kitchen. We enjoy the new relaxed emphasis that the dining area has during sit down family meals. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cabinet storage space. We love the tile! Yes, this place has actual tile. Also, the appliances are above the standard apartment quality and work flawlessly. The bedrooms are spacious with adequate closet space. The kiddos are cozy and comfortable in their new rooms. The guest bathroom is spacious as well. The master bedroom is very large with an attached master bath complete with a roman tub/shower. The master bedroom also allows access to the patio area, via the additional patio door, which is a nice touch. The laundry room is also spacious and surprisingly has an adjacent storage room that is large enough to accommodate our chest freezer.
The overall property is clean and well maintained. Speaking of the maintenance team, they are super quick and efficient. My wife submitted a work order and it was completed promptly the next morning. The landscaping is beautiful with towering palm trees, which creates the feeling of an all-inclusive vacation resort. Okay, maybe I'm being a little melodramatic because I moved here from Colorado and it's my first time living in a hot climate with palm trees, but none the less this place looks amazing. Walking outside helps me really appreciate the beauty around me. The complex is beautiful with not one, but two swimming pools! There is a large spacious gym with functional strength training equipment and cardio machines. It's got the basics, so. I need to get an expensive membership. Adjacent to the gym is the billiards room, theater and a kitchenette lounge area. We moved here during the busy summer season. The property is always busy with various vendors zooming around, performing upkeep and preventative maintenance. The managers and property owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, and are doing an excellent job in ensuring that the residents are safe and completely satisfied with the quality of life. As previously mentioned, the HOA provides around the clock security to patrol throughout the property. This community is gated and is located in a great area. The surrounding schools are Gilbert County schools, which are very impressive as well. The elementary school bus pulls right up to the front office of the complex and all the children are allowed to wait inside the office area in the mornings. I can't tell you how reassuring it is, to know that our children are safe and don't have to stand, or walk near the busy street to wait for their bus.
My family and I are very grateful to have found the Palms at Augusta Ranch and are quite happy with the quality of life and the great schools. Thank you!
