So I found RX Boiler Room here after looking around for somewhere to have a large dinner for my husbands 50th. I shot an email to website cause I knew we were having about 20 for a dinner and figured as per website that over 20 I should definitely make a reservation. Took about a week to get back , cause apparently the "large group/ special events director" had vacated the position. Which is no worries cause,I'm not looking for crazy service just a large table and to let them know they we are loud and tend drink ALOT . ( Never bad for a restaurant) Got 2 calls within a day , and a weird email with a the "banquet/ special events menu" . Yes it is my hubby's birthday, but AGAIN looking to do dinner not a friggin wedding reception. And for another 2 WEEKS dragged along asking about possibility of a private room ( due to potential loudness and comfort of other clients) and being pushed towards having what only reminds me of picking my menu for my wedding . Come to 1 week before , and after 5 days of NO response , here's the deal ... Dinner has been pushed 1.5 hrs later , But they will serve us in a private room , as long as we can guarantee we'll spend $1500. Needless to say , couldn't give a crap if the food is good. Customer service from get go is ABOMINABLE. save your $ there are to many people who know what the hell they are doing in Vegas.
