  • The low review yelp posts don't make sense. I have been going to Shelly for around 11 years and had my third and final procedure. Each time there was a consult with DR. Shelly Friedman. I have been to several hair restoration doctors in the past for consults, all of whom said that graft extraction is not exact and if there are more than the original estimated number of grafts extracted the patient is given the option to pay for those which most do. In addition The other doctors I met with said multiple procedures may be required. Furthermore I myself have purchased a 3,000 dollar capillus laser cap, the best one made, at the suggestion of doctor Friedman and it actually works. My mother, father, and sister all use the laser caps as well and it works for them to. Shelly had the same staff except for Carly working there when i came in recently as he did when I came in the first time 11 years ago. That tells me they are skilled, polite and experienced, it's a real good sign. I highly recommend this office for hair restoration.
