  • I sent my daughter in to the store in hopes they could help her with her battery, she was met by the manager Manny "I later found out" and he not only found the right battery for her car, but he took the time to take out the old one and put in the new one, all the while having my daughter watch and learn. Thank you for your help! It doesn't stop there, I had the same issue with my battery the very next week and of course I went straight to O'Reilly's. I met Manny and he serviced my truck as well. That is what I consider top notch customer service. Thank you again Manny!!!!
