| - We tried Eldorado for the first time this weekend- it was fairly busy on a Friday night, but not so much that it felt crowded. Wait staff were super- the mojitos were good, and the salsa was yummy. I had the pork tenderloin, potatoes, gravy, and beans. The tenderloin was a little pink for me (sorry, but I grew up afraid of trichinosis), although it was tasty. The gravy was interesting and the potatoes were good. The beans, not so much, but whatever.
We did have the chocolate bread pudding, and while I'm a huge fan of traditional bread pudding (Famous Dave's rocks, by the way), this was quite good.
I'm not sure I'd hurry back, but it was a good experience.
