I totally agree with Aimee S. I have been buying cars from them since 2002. They bent over backwards to sell us what we wanted. In the last year and a half they have screwed up royally in the service department. So much so that we will never buy a ford again, which is painful to say. Considering our families have been buying ford for at least 80 years. I can't trust the service department. I shouldn't have to have the same OIL CAP fixed on 2 different cars. On my 2003 car it leaked off and on for 3 months until they got it right. If you do buy ford get the extra warranty service and cover your ass. Or better yet buy a toyota! It's very stuipid the longest running car company can't teach the repair and maintence staff how to work on the cars properly!
