  • Worst customer Service ever!...went on 5/1/16 with a friend to use a guest pass and after they made us wait 15 min. They rudely said we needed to give them advanced notice and our day pass would cost $15! Basically acted like we were wasting his time for asking for a day pass because he wouldn't get the sale. No thanks LA FITNESS...I'll take my business to Planet Fitness where they are nice and less expensive!
