  • I take my three dogs (2 chihuahuas and a long hair mix) to Great Dogs of AZ all the time. Their groomers have been there a long time. Each time I bring them, they are pampered and well groomed. Their skin is sensitive so the groomers use oatmeal shampoo. If I had any concerns, it would be around my doggers toe nails. They're hard to see as some are black, but the staff work hard not to cut their nails too short. There was a comment from 2014 about being asked to pay the bill before getting his dog. There is a reason for that. If you have your hands full with your dogs, it can be challenging to sign the charge slip. They have asked if I wanted to include a tip on my credit card. I always tip them for good service so I think that request is reasonable... even considerate. I am always asked what I think of their work. A couple of times I did ask them to trim around the ears of my beautiful long hair which they took care of. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no 4 1/2. One side benefit is they're right beside All Creatures Animal Hospital which I think deserves shout out. It's a great combination.
