This company has the worst customer service. Zero USA representatives to talk to. It's either Philippines or India. I've been locked out of my account since I've had the account and nobody has resolved it. That forces me to pay $9.95 in fees for them to do an express payment over the phone. I actually think this is a tactic to make more money. I've had one condescending agent from the Philippines named Sam tell me that Patience was a virtue and also said that other people did what she asked them to do and were able to figure it out. Apparently she didn't check her notes and see the previous 11+ months of tech support for me. She was basically calling me dumb. I was pretty calm until she got frustrated. Her user I'd number is 4190785. She should be fired. Im going to pay this card off and cancel the whole thing. But one thing is for sure, I still won't have access to my online account and they'll charge me for the $9.95 credit card processing fee. Steer clear of this company!!!
