  • Since my last review, Costco has greatly improved their pharmacy operations. They are accurate, efficient, and even though they are often busy, have caught prescription amount errors made by my physician that would have cost more money as our insurance only covers up to a specific quantity. Also, they are remodeling the area, specifically to improve efficiency in serving customers. I have not seen handicap cart customers waiting for escorts (to return their carts) by the exits anymore. I do not know whether they have changed their policy, or if they hired additional help to ease the inconvenience, but that's a very good sign! In any event, Costco has now earned my 5-star rating for all around excellent service and responsiveness to areas of prior concern. Great job!
