  • I've gotten 2 CT scans, an ultrasound and a chest x ray here before. Front desk is friendly and were always able to schedule my appointments within a reasonable time. I've also asked them for copies of my results at least 3 times, and they were always helpful. I haven't had an issue with billing. I usually never had to wait more than 30 minutes. However on my most recent visit for my CT, I had to wait about an hour but I overhead a tech saying that they were really behind. I finally got into the room for my CT and right before I laid down, the CT tech asked me if I was SURE I wanted to get a CT because I recently had one 6 months ago and it was a lot of radiation. It did freak me out but I wanted to find the cause of my abdominal pain so I said yes I wanted to go ahead with it. Not sure how common it is for a tech to ask a patient that. Other than that, all my experiences here have been good.
