| - Madison is a home away from home for me. I find myself there about 3-4 times a week and once I'm there, I never want to leave. That's a bold statement for a gym...
But seriously, Madison is about as good as it gets for high-end, quality gyms in Phoenix. I've been to a ton of trendy workout establishments in various cities - soulcycle, fly wheel, equinox - and Madison is up there with the top ones.
Madison offers yoga and spin classes taught by some of the valley's best instructors. The best part about Madison is that you can try either spinning or yoga free for your first class and see what it's all about.
I am sort of a spin addict and I've been doing it for over 10 years. Madison's spin class, Party on a Bike, is one of the best classes I have ever taken. This is what gets me in the door 3-4 times a week. It is literally, a party on a bike. Imagine the ultimate dance party that is playing all of your favorite songs with smiling, energetic people dancing along. Oh, and you're burning calories at the same time - win, win. Some of my favorite instructors are Brittny G. and Stephanie S. You can't help but smile the entire time you're in class.
The yoga classes are Madison are amazing as well for all of you yogis out there. I just prefer spinning to yoga. I've taken several yoga classes and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful.
They are opening a 2nd location in Tempe in a couple of weeks and the building and atmosphere is suppose to be amazing. Can't wait to check it out!
