  • Quoted us one rate for a rental and then raised the price 50% mid rental. And the. A few months later sent a bill for $325 for some bogus fuel mileage tax. Spoke with Stephanie who could not answer how charge was arrived at. All she could say is it was in the fine print of the rental agreement. Never had obscure fine print penalties like this. Penske in my experience has no problems changing pricing mid rental and piling on bogus penalties. All in the name of squeezing every dime they can out of you. Be careful if you go to these guys.
