  • About two months ago I took a vacation to Vegas and ended up losing my phone at one of the clubs. I looked around the next day but I had to leave back to California that morning so I never found my phone. About a week later while at work, I received a call about my lost phone. It was an employee from Ultimate Wireless saying that someone had brought in the phone trying to sell it to them! The employee asked for my home address and had the phone delivered within a couple of days! I couldn't believe it... I couldn't believe the integrity and honesty of the associate at this store. I had figured my phone was lost but I had it back in my possession within a couple of days! It was an iPhone with the Find My iPhone app so it was locked and in 'lost mode' so as soon as I got it back it was back in working condition! Thanks Ultimate Wireless for your honest service!
