  • We contacted this company based on their reviews here on Yelp. We met them at the property and were told we would have a bid by the following Monday. Monday came and went and nothing. Text messages went unanswered. Finally I get a message saying, "I'm sorry I'm afraid we'll pass" I asked why? Answer was "We are busy" Now are you telling me they didn't know how busy they were 2 weeks prior when they came out and viewed the job? They couldn't tell me then they wouldn't be able to do it? We are now set 2 weeks back on our project moving forward. Really bad business! I would warn - if you are going to use them - get the quote right away because if it doesn't come back then it probably won't and you will be left hanging!
