  • Absolutely the best Tepan Yaki in Henderson, right next to Sunset Station Casino. I've been going here for several years (it used to be called Fukuda) and have always found the restaurant very clean and with excellent fresh ingredients. I've never had the sushi here, but every time I go for tepan the sushi bar is loaded with people! I could only suggest two things to improve the dining experience: (1) Get rid of the fantastically bad music that is always playing, (2) Have the chefs offer to prepare cooked sauces (like Musashi on Paradise).
