  • Eileen or Irene or whomever attempts to run this office had the audacity to call me and tell me to be upset with my place of employment rather than the dental office for the misunderstanding about coverage Let's clarify: the dental office called me to set up an appointment, I explained my coverage changed from HMO to PPO the woman from this crap office put me on hold for 45 minutes while she verified my coverage. She popped back on the phone, said it was all good and with my new coverage my cleaning would only be $18. I said great and we booked the appointment. Flash to Monday I arrive and sit for 30 minutes to find out they can't verify my coverage. Irritated I leave and write a very true and honest review. I then get a phone call stating I should be mad at someone else and they called me on 12/26 to inform me of the insurance issue. LIE! I have visual voicemail going back to September, no message from this office. Am I to believe that the only missing message is from them, unlikely. I said show me a phone record indicating the call took place and I will happily revise my review. I was laughed at and called ridiculous. The reality is this, and simply this: when they know they are getting thousands of dollars from me for crowns, I was treated with respect and communication was stellar, when it came to a cleaning all management and costumer service went in the toilet. Again I state, F this place. If you hate your children or like being annoyed this is the dentist for you! Additionally, if you would like to call me again to discuss this update, I have many many more choice words for you. Xoxo
