  • I am kind of confused by the low or mediocre ratings. This place is wonderful! The dresses are beautiful and they have a large selection for GREAT prices. The staff here is amazing, friendly, professional, and super helpful! Come here first! I went dress shopping from store to store and wasn't finding anything. I felt pressured and rushed at other places, and David's bridal just could not understand at all the direction I wanted to go. Frustrated couldn't even begin to express my shopping experiences elsewhere. I made my appointment here at Brilliant Bridal and came in not expecting much. However, I was greeted by friendly staff and introduced to my rep Brandi. She listened to what I was looking for and was spot on when pulling gowns for me to try on. I had a great experience here and am so excited to know I got my dream dress for a steal of a price! I went in again the following weekend to try on the dress for my mom, totally messing up my appointment day (it was supposed to be sunday, but I showed up on saturday), yet they took me back anyway with no fuss! Brandi worked with me to get in my dress and show my mom. We tried on veils and sashes to complete the look. I did not have an appointment, yet I never once felt rushed, or pressured to hurry up and leave. I love this place and have mentioned it to my friends getting married. I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal in Mesa!
