  • My husband and I recently worked with Paul Anderson to purchase a home in Madison, WI. We relocated to Madison from Minneapolis for a job offer, and had no prior knowledge of this area. I appreciated the expertise, insight, diligence, and frankness that Paul brings to his work with clients. He got us set-up to receive new home listings, and was very responsive when we sent him a request to see a home. We typically got in to see a property in less than 24 hours which was really impressive and helpful as homes in this area seem to be moving quickly. There was quite a range of properties that we looked at, and Paul was very good at pointing out the things that matter,and helping us to see beyond the cosmetic issues that we could fix or update on our own. I appreciated the levity that Paul brought to his relationship with us. His upbeat nature and wit made the process more enjoyable. He certainly has a serious side as well and helped me refocus when I was feeling frustrated by the process. Paul is well-connected in Madison, and an agent who is really committed to his clients.
