  • Arizona Trade Masters were sent out by our warranty company. They called within 20 minutes of submitting my claim to the warranty company and were out early the next morning. They repaired the initial problem fairly quickly and we had cold air again! I then noticed our unit wasn't turning off and called the warranty company. Again, Arizona Trade Masters was able to come out the next day. I was a bit worried reading the reviews from other warranty customers, but it was for no reason. They were quick to come out and fixed our problem.
