  • Joe & Nathan, and the rest of the team at Krupp Whitney far exceed expectations every time I speak to them or have used them at my house to resolve an issue with water or sewer lines. They understand customer service better than just about any other service provider I've used. Both Edwin and Joe B. completed some minor items in addition to the reason for their primary visit without haggling me for more money. They were thorough, respectful, and thoughtful in completing the work while providing me with the what/when/where behind the issue. Thanks guys!
