We were sent a repairman through our home warranty company. The first visit the guy just took notes and said he would contact the home warranty. A couple weeks later they made an appointment to come out. I got a call from the warranty place that I needed to remove the microwave myself or hire someone to remove it. The repairman wouldn't take the microwave down from above the stove. So I got my 16 year old to help me take it down. They came and said they had to take it to their shop. 3 weeks passed and they brought it back. I had to call the next day because it wasn't heating again. They came and got it again. This time they had it for a month. Brought it back and it partially heated. I called again and they sent a different guy out. He boiled a cup of water in it and said it works. I told him it takes 3 times the time to heat something. A bag of popcorn take 5 mins when it's supposed to take 2. He said he would report what he found. I even called the home warranty to complain about it. This company had my microwave for a month and a half and still never fixed it. The warranty company had to send out a different company. I don't know if they were using used parts or even replacing the parts that were bad. I would avoid this company and if home warranty sends them to you, request another company. Oh yeah, when they came out the last time they broke the trim at the top off and just laid it on the counter when he left. Awesome people here.
