  • The doctor Claudia Garcia she's a good doctor. It's her Very Very unprofessional staff. The lady in charge of billing is Sooo Rude and very unprofessional !!!!!!! When I tried to pay my bill she had a bad attitude !!!!! I mean a Bad Attitude and she then hung up on me and when I called back to schedule my kids the woman Blocked my account so my kids could not see the doctor. My daughter needed to see the doctor because she has one kidney that wasn't doing good at the time and she was hospitalized for 4 days. So this was a Very Important follow up but I couldn't get in to see the doctor !!!!! Cuz this woman blocked my account. I couldn't even speak to the doctor over the phone cuz they wouldn't give her any messages to call me. !!!!!! Like I stated in the beginning Great doctor. The worst staff. !!!! Extremely Rude and unprofessional
