  • Finding an employee with knowledge is like shopping at a thrift store, you gotta be patient and hope for the best. They are also like shopping at Costco, some things are deals, others, not so much...they say they match online pricing, but then add the shipping into the equation...like I didn't just spend 10 in gas going to their store. Another Costco similarity is them snooping through your stuff when you leave, makes me insane, just mark my receipt and let me leave. I do not stand in line to pay, only to stand on line to leave. Once I leave the register, it's mine, not yours. Customer service is a joke. But....they do basically have every part I ever need, and often I need it that hour, so I deal, pay the $50 for the $10 part. Their prices cannot be beat on Cat5 or 6 patch cords.
