  • Wow, where to start, the wait time was horrendous, then the leasing agent didn't know what she was doing and kept arguing with me...so let's say customer service is awful. Now on to the actual community.. When I first drove by this place I thought it was a retirement community, sunrise Hayden...it also doesn't help that it looks just like another retirement community in the area. I decided to tour them anyway... The indoor hallways are a huge turn off to me for noise and smell, but let's keep going. Don't get distracted by the ammenities, which is what every community seems to want to sell you on, the pool is nice, but so are many others. The build quality and finishes are subpar for this price range in this area. Overall not impressed, terrible customer service and another cookie cutter apartment inside.
