rev:text	I was pretty disappointed that the flight kept getting switched around 2x on me. But in the end, the 2nd switch flight times were better than the first, and I couldn't complain. The flight itself was okay. Service going there, I was upset that no water was being served and I had to persist for an hour before I got a glass. We also get a glass of champagne and a glass of wine at dinner free of charge. However, if you're hungry before dinner you're out of luck, especially as coming home you have to wait until they deplaned half the passengers first (see below). You have a choice between a chocolate bar, chips or special k cereal as snacks (for $2) Going there, we got off first in Mexico, while more folks piled on (en route to Toronto), as the other half of the folks stayed on the plane for an hour to go to Cuba. They get off, and another set of people heading home to Toronto get back on. They clearly combined some flights together but I don't know if it was the best use of time and money. I was so hungry by the time all this was happening, and it was 3 hours since we boarded and no drink or food service. I went to the back and begged for some chips which I'll pay for and she discretely did it while the flight was on layover (we had to stay on the plane) The food was meh. Microwave dinners, with some artificial looking carrots salad. Dessert was a nice chocolate candy. The other weird thing was that my small duffel bag full of blankets ended up at the fragile items section, which made me freak out they lost my luggage!
